Definition:
"Nowadays, according to the National Programme, provision is made to create a common educational environment for all children in Azerbaijan. As claimed in the programme objectives, inclusive education involves organization of conditions for high-quality education, social adaptation and integration into society.


The indicated tasks are put into effect in several directions. First of all, one can get inclusive
education in an educational institution of general type which has created special learning environment for children with special needs. Also children with disabilities can be taught according to individual curricula in specialized classes of general education schools or at home, which depends on the health of a child. For children with severe intellectual deficiency and multiple abnormalities
remedial training in rehabilitation centers is possible. The obvious is that all children without
exception must be taught, because all children are educable."
